You certify that you own or are authorized to distribute all uploaded content, that it contains no prohibited material (as defined in our Legal Compliance policy), and that you are not subject to OFAC sanctions.
The Company complies with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512). Accounts of repeat copyright infringers will be terminated. Full procedures are in our Legal Compliance policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Every Good Work, Inc. from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your content, breach of terms, or third-party IP claims.
The Company may disable content or terminate accounts for violations. No refunds on prepaid credits for removed content. DMCA-disabled content remains in storage pending resolution. Criminal violations result in immediate, permanent termination.
